We're here!

Well, we made it. We left my parents' house at 4:00 a.m. Central time, and 24 hours later, we are finally in our hotel in Beijing. The flight was incredibly long, and we don't know if we are hungry or tired or both. Anyway, more later.

So glad you made it safely! An answered prayer! Can't wait to hear more....after you get some rest, of course!

Sorry, I'm not really anonymous, just ignorant. That first comment was me.

I was hoping that you had posted a message about your arrival. God is good! Get some rest and food! You will need your energy with your new sweet baby.-valerie

Do me a favor and see if you can find Ralph Machio - The Katate Kid. I want one of those headbands like he wore.

Yay! I'm glad you guys made it in one piece, if not a ragged and starving piece. Anyway, you know your kitchen table? Exactly how attached to that were you? Just curious.

BTW, Gilbert, Karate normally associated with Japan, not China. How dare you generalize Asian cultures!

Are you telling me that I totally messed up my Karate Kid comment? That stinks.
